From now on, you can easily deposit advance payments for future appointments.
Activate the "Advance Payments" function via the settings page. Then you can find the "Deposit Advance Payment" button in a cash transaction:
Here you can enter the amount to be paid and the payment method:
After confirmation, the following processes occur:
1. A new cash transaction is created and posted on today's date based on the amount and selected payment method.
2. On the credit side, there is the sale of a service voucher, which is taxed upon sale. This is always necessary for all advance payments.
3. On the cash transaction to which the advance payment is applied, a redemption of the advance payment is automatically recorded.
The DATEV posting account can be stored in the posting settings.
