In the utilization statistics, parallel appointments for an employee were counted twice. This issue has now been fixed. For example, if an employee works from 10 to 2 p.m. and has two parallel appointments or appointment steps from 10 to 12 p.m., the utilization was already 100%. Now this utilization is reported as 50%.
