Gift card sales should not count as revenue

Gift certificate sales are treated as revenue in the default settings. The new option "Gift certificate sales count towards total revenue" can be disabled and allows complete separation from normal revenue.

The separation affects the following statistics:

• Weekly, monthly and quarterly overview
• Daily closing PDF, monthly closing PDF
• Employee evaluation PDF
• Daily closing employee revenue table
