Block customers from online booking

Prevent unwanted customers from booking appointments online using the new blacklist feature.

This feature is particularly useful in the following use cases:

• Unreliable customers who don't cancel in time or don't pay their invoices
• Customers who harass or stalk employees
• Bookings that damage the business, e.g. by competitors or former employees
