Customer status allows you to address customer groups in a targeted manner, store individual booking processes, or immediately recognize certain customer characteristics (VIP, diabetic, new customer) at the appointment. This function has been expanded.
New customer status images make it easier to visually structure your customer file. With the new customer status field "Initial Status", all your new customers also receive a status to which their own online booking can be assigned.
