The employee PIN function is one of the most popular features of Belbo. It allows you to identify who makes which changes even on a shared terminal. We have enhanced this function with some additional features.
Basically, certain actions always required a PIN without the function being activated. This has now been improved - all employees are now always displayed and can be selected with one click to identify an action. This is intended to avoid the need to activate the function, set a PIN, and then deactivate it again. The messaging function can also be used without a PIN in this way. Of course, if you suspect incorrect information, you should activate the Employee PIN function.
Furthermore, the Employee PIN function can also be completely disabled in the calendar. This option is located in the function settings. The PIN will then only be requested for all other cash register functions or inventory management.
