In some cases, appointments must be cancelled because there is not enough staff available. In this case, the appointment cancellation is not the customer's responsibility. Therefore, there is a new appointment status "Employee sick".
So that no negative note about an appointment cancellation appears in your customer file, use the new "Employee sick" option:
