The head office is getting two major updates: a completely new "Inventory Management" tab for cross-location statistics on merchandise sales and a fundamentally rewritten employee statistics feature with top rankings. For payment processing, Stripe and PayPal now connect via login instead of manually entered API keys, plus a new, more compact DATEV export format according to specification V5.0. Additionally, course planning, inventory management, and multi-location administration have been improved in many areas.
A completely new "Inventory Management" tab in the head office displays cross-location statistics on merchandise sales. At the same time, employee statistics has been fundamentally rewritten: top rankings and more detailed evaluations per employee, also available across locations.
The new, compressed DATEV export format according to specification V5.0 contains invoices and expense receipts directly in the export – without external URL references.
Loyalty cards can now be managed in premium mode instead of the classic payout: for a specified product and point amount, a premium can be redeemed instead of paying out points.
The Android app has been updated for new Android devices and also fixes issues with login storage.

Receipts can now be retrieved via link instead of being embedded in the email – confirmation and receipt emails with many vouchers become significantly more compact
Used vouchers are now shown on the linked receipts
Expired vouchers are no longer displayed online
