In February, the employee apps for Android & iOS were updated. There were numerous extensions for the target working hours published in the last month.

New Features

The new employee app versions support all Bond printers that can be accessed via IP printer. In addition, the display of large teams has been improved. All details can be found here:

Improvements

• Automatic cash register balance:
  • The automatic cash register start can now be scheduled by date, so that previously created old daily closures regarding cash register balance are not automatically adjusted.
• The additional field type "Employee" can now also be used in the appointment details.
• For the field type "Formula", a warning can be activated in the checkout process if it is missing.
• In the Time Tracking section:
  • The working hours recording export shows the balance of time tracking.
  • Absences can now also automatically fulfill half a target working day.
  • On days with half-day absences, overtime can also be accrued.
  • Vacation entitlement: Within the target working hours, an annual vacation entitlement can be defined in days and hours. Vacation days are also calculated proportionally for this.
• Target sales:
  • In addition to the monthly view, there is a quarterly and annual view.
• Appointment rescheduling:
  • Better visualization of the reschedule mode through a banner at the top of the screen.
• Exports in the closing area are displayed modally.
• SMS App:
  • When SMS sending is interrupted and resumed via the own app, the location is notified.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an email issue where buttons were not visible in the T-Online web view.
• The forecast function in the employee dashboard has been restored.
• When a gift certificate purchase was returned, the gift certificate number was no longer visible afterwards. This behavior has been adjusted for new gift certificate returns.
• Saving image markings multiple times resulted in an error message.
