In March, the new Belbo layout was released, new features were added and bugs were fixed. These were presented in the livestream on 8.4.2024.

New Features:

• New design for the Belbo calendar
• Imports: File processing directly in Belbo
• Calendar: Display of cancelled & deleted appointments.
• New statistic: Customer reliability - measure the punctuality of your employees.

Improvements:

• Direct messages allow the use of customer- and appointment-specific placeholders.
• Display of weight in product lists
• Customer frequency function: Filter for number of appointments and employees
• Key figures in the calendar: 2 new key figures added
• Products: Direct filtering by supplier now possible
• DATEV postings simplified: Leading "#" symbols removed

Fixed Bugs:

• If a custom sender email address was configured, the location name was no longer included in the sender name.
• Stripe payments that initially failed could not be completed afterwards.
• On touch devices (tablets), appointment step shifting can be used in the appointment dialog.
• Online payment refunds can also be performed on deleted appointments.
• Capacity statistics: Events were sometimes counted twice in weekly and monthly views.
• Working hours editing only with the right "Edit working hours"
