In March, numerous existing features were expanded and stabilized. All updates were presented in the livestream on 7.4.2025.

Improvements

• Target work times:
  • Time tracking without fixed target work time: For employees without fixed weekly working hours, the "Hour-based" mode can be enabled. This enables time tracking without carrying over time balances to following months.
• Employee dashboard:
  • New tile:
    • Barometer group: Display of revenues in a specific barometer group, e.g. hair extensions, additional services.
    • Specifically for escape games: occupancy widget
  • Discount tab:
    • Sum display
• Bonus card statistics:
  • Better filtering by time period and redeemed value for each card
• Appointment notes:
  • Changes are versioned and displayed retrospectively
• Cash register process:
  • Product weight is now displayed in list views.

  • The "Issued on" prefix can be deactivated for the placeholder for the creation date.

Bug Fixes

• Target revenue: Time-based target revenues are no longer affected by work time compensation entries.
• Incorrect time input (e.g. 33:13) no longer causes check-ins or work times to disappear or shift.
• Editing commissions no longer results in duplicate creation of commission definitions.
• Deletion of recurring tasks accelerated.
• Imports: If multiple columns with the same column name are contained in the file, they are no longer merged but displayed with a suffix (1,2,3..).
• Online registration: Multiple submissions of "Resend registration emails" send the same code, so that in case of slow delivery, the emails do not cancel each other out.
• Online booking: If an input error occurs during booking or registration, additional fields are no longer deleted/reset.
