March brought an enormous number of new features, optical updates and many bug fixes. All updates were presented in our livestream on 20.04.2026.

New Features

• Zapier integration: Connection to 8500+ programs, for example WhatsApp, Superchat
• New layout of the settings page with improved search
• Appointment assistant: Place appointments directly in the calendar

Improvements

• General:
  • Text editor: New button to remove formatting.
  • Performance synchronization: New option for synchronizing prices without changing competencies
  • 9 new customer status images
• Calendar display:
  • Fade past appointments: New option to hide appointments that have already started
• API:
  • New endpoints for customer appointments, search via mobile number and appointment cancellation
• Cash register system:
  • Automatic cash register balance: Allow top-ups from the safe if tips or withdrawals were greater than daily revenue
  • Allow price editing of vouchers without price rights
  • A4 invoices for courses: Better introductory text
  • Follow-up appointment from the payment process: Directly places the selected services
• Online booking:
  • Checkbox in appointment completion "I am a new customer" - now deactivatable
  • Booking limits: Time-limited
• Customer questionnaires are displayed in all locations, not just in the completing one.
• Google Sync: Now also synchronizes breaks & internal appointments
  • If synchronization takes a long time with many appointments, a status is displayed.

Bug Fixes

• Return: Improved usability
• Customer credit is displayed better on A4 invoices.
• Customer database: Filters on multiple answers with "comma" were not applied correctly.
• Tab "Financial Overview" - Cycles are now displayed correctly.
• Target work week change for fixed monthly hours was calculated incorrectly.
• DSFinV-K download with multiple locations was sometimes created on the wrong location.
• Last appointment after appointment reschedule is correctly updated.
• Head office: Discount statistics - option for creation and redemption time.
• If customer data is disabled for login, cashier links are also anonymized.
