Just in time for the holidays – Installation of public holidays!

Now, in the "Settings » Location Management » Calendar" section, you can select public holidays by state. For now, these are taken into account in the shift schedule and marked as days off. This means that no working hours and thus no online bookings can occur on these days. Next month we will also offer the display of public holidays in the calendar itself.

Carry over regular absences!

Absences such as vocational school, university, or days off can now be carried over and transferred in the shift schedule. Simply enter them in the shift planning, save & automatically repeat them.

Multiple shifts on one day – for the whole week? Copy your working hours!

Because this gets you through your shift planning even faster. In the shift schedule, click on the employee's name and then simply enter all working hours for one day. You can then copy these exact shifts using the button (gray dotted) and insert them into the following days. As many shifts as you need.

More customer-friendliness!

Your customer can now browse as far into the future as they want in the calendar during the booking process. This allows them to plan long-term appointments at their leisure. The booking process now concludes with an additional confirmation message. This way the customer knows for sure that everything worked and can look forward to their appointment with peace of mind!

Employee creation simple and secure

New employees who don't need their own access can now be added even faster: just enter the name and you're done. If they should receive their own access after all, you can invite them later via email. This way they can set their password themselves and nobody has to worry.

Additional products for your services

Do you have offerings where customers can select certain extras? These can now be defined for each product. You can also specify exactly how many extras can be selected - no more and no fewer! Simply select the product in the "Prices and Services" section and fill in the corresponding information in the last tab "Additional Products".
