From now on, you can activate two-factor authentication (2FA) for individual logins in belbo and thus better protect your studio from unauthorized access. In addition to the password, an additional security code is requested during login, which makes sensitive data such as customer data, sales and reports significantly more secure. The activation takes place directly in the respective user profile and is set up quickly.
To use two-factor authentication, you need a so-called authenticator app on your smartphone. Proven and free apps include, for example, Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy – they generate a new security code every 30 seconds. After scanning the QR code in the user profile, the app is ready to use immediately and also works without an internet connection.
