From now on, you can activate two-factor authentication (2FA) for individual logins in belbo and thus better protect your studio from unauthorized access. In addition to the password, an additional security code is requested during login, which makes sensitive data such as customer data, sales and reports significantly more secure. The activation takes place directly in the respective user profile and is set up quickly.

With the "Login Access Restriction" feature, you can control that logins can only log in on specific devices. What's new is that you can now also allow multiple logins on one computer.

New permission levels can now be linked via login. These options are located in the corresponding employee profile.

In the login details there is a new tab "Roles" where you can see an overview of all assigned user permissions.

The creation of a login has been redesigned. The new multi-step dialog allows you to make fewer mistakes and perform a perfect initial setup.

A new right has been added to manage employee PINs. This is intended to separate the creation of employees from the viewing of existing PINs.

Changing your password is now even easier. With the help of the password change wizard, it is now clearer and simpler what needs to be entered.

The existing functionality of the appointment drafts has been extracted into its own function. The "Appointment Drafts" function was previously part of the "Employee PIN" function.

You can now precisely define which logins are authorized to process GDPR requests. A new right has been defined for this purpose, which can be granted in the employee management.
