The belbo API has been extended with a working time interface: Working times can now be created, modified, and deleted via API.

Previously, Voice Agents could only book appointments via the API if the "Booking without registration" option was enabled in the account. If this was disabled, booking via the classic method was not possible.

API keys can now be named directly in belbo. This makes it much easier to assign and manage integrations and external connections.

From now on you can connect your Zapier system and have the opportunity to connect over 8,500 apps without programming knowledge.

Are you looking for exports from your Belbo system? The new export center collects all exports in one place. You can find this export center here: Settings -> Account -> Export Center (top right of the window)

From there you can access the current API documentation via Postman. All previous documentation that was explained on the manual page can be found on the corresponding Postman page.

Via the Belbo API it is now possible to shorten or delete existing working hours.

Appointments edited via Google synchronization lost their appointment notes because Google Calendar doesn't have a separate text element for this. Now the appointment note is placed in the appointment subject line after the customer name, making it directly visible in Google Calendar.

The synchronization with your Google Calendar now also understands an employee change and accordingly deletes the old appointment from the original employee's calendar.

With the new WordPress plugin "Belbo-Valuations" you can display your ratings up-to-date on your website.
