Belbo reliably prevents double bookings of appointments. As soon as a customer selects a time in the calendar, this slot is automatically blocked for a configurable reservation period.
Once this reservation expires – for example, because the booking process takes too long – the appointment is released again. In rare cases, another customer may book the same appointment while the original customer is still in the payment process. Upon completion, they receive a corresponding error message.
In such cases, Belbo now automatically sends an email that transparently explains the situation – including the information that the amount paid will be automatically refunded on the next business day.
