With the new feature, employees can set appointments to the status "Requested" and specify a date until when the appointment request should remain in the calendar.

This feature provides an easy way for employees to indicate that they have requested an appointment and are waiting for a response. By specifying a date until when the request should remain in the calendar, it ensures that it is not accidentally forgotten.
