We have standardized and optimized the working time statistics at all points. The function is now easier to use and it has become simpler to correct errors.

The time tracking function has been revised so that employees can now log off and log back in during the day. This allows employees to manually log off and log back in if regular break times are not maintained.

The "Checkin" function is now called "Time Tracking". The corresponding statistics can now be found directly in the corresponding module under Time Tracking » Reports.

Finally, all absences can no longer only be stretched over several days via the monthly view, but also during a normal entry in the calendar.

Holidays that are displayed in the calendar are now also shown as "Closed" in the schedule, if you have enabled this for the holiday group in the calendar.

Working times and appointments that take place at night (i.e. after 23:59) can be set up and edited. To display these in the calendar, an end time of, for example, "26" must be entered in the shift schedule. This will display the appointment until 02:00 (24 + 2 hours).

In Belbo, you can export numerous evaluations of your shift schedule. These exports have now been expanded with options and made more user-friendly.

The capacity statistics now also display the overall evaluation in absolute figures. Work times and appointment times are shown separately.

With the new Check-In mode, you can now easily track when your employees actually start and stop working. An employee's calendar is blocked in the morning until they check in using their PIN.
