Holiday balance settlement is now done automatically on a daily basis. If target work weeks are used, holiday balance settlement can also be used on an hourly basis.
The balance is now also displayed directly in the employee dashboard.
Variant 1: Taken and planned vacation days without target vacation days
From now on, vacation days for the entire selected year are automatically added up:
Variant 2: With vacation balance
To create a balance, a target work week must be defined that contains a target vacation day count. Then the balance in the employee dashboard looks as follows:
Variant 3: With hourly-accurate vacation balance
To have the balance calculated to the hour, an hourly daily value must be stored in the target vacation days. Then taken vacation is always calculated in the hours that the employee should have worked on that day according to the target work week.
