In May, fundamental optimizations were made to the appointment calculation. All changes and new features were presented in the livestream on 10.6.2024.

New Features:

• Access restrictions for employees:
  • New: Anonymize customer data
  • New: Block appointment editing
  • New: Show only own revenue
• Customer questionnaire:
  • New: Let customers fill out questionnaires from home and use them in email templates
  • New: Customer fields with the type "Mark and label images" also usable in customer questionnaires
• Booking limits: Limit the maximum number of simultaneous customer appointments
• Cash register: Sales overview now also adds inventory changes
• Tip: Retroactive assignment of the employee is now possible.

Improvements:

• Price page of vouchers explains the importance of the tax rate (value and service vouchers)
• Appointment import: Additional customer fields are imported
• Product menu: If no product menu is set up, it will not be displayed automatically.
• Cash register process: Automatic assignment of the executing employee also for services with only one cash register service group.
• Email texts: New placeholder for location email.
• Specific booking process: Responses with deleted groups or services are now automatically no longer displayed in the booking process.
• Calendar abbreviations: Only those abbreviations are displayed that are bookable for the selected resource.
• Inventory: All purchase prices are displayed in net.
• DATEV export: The monthly export is blocked if the client has not yet completed all daily closings or fixed errors.
• Recurring bookings with services that cannot be booked online are now blocked.
• Merchandise management: In addition to barcode and barcode 2, there is now also barcode 3 for product imports.
• Functions can now also be searched for in the "Add function" screen.
• Additional services in online booking: If a product group is selected, services that cannot be booked online are now excluded.

Fixed Bugs:

• Course bookings: A login in the last booking step led to an empty customer file.
• Course bookings: Reminder emails are now sent as expected.
• Online booking: When booking with any employee, occasionally too few appointments were displayed if "Seamless booking" is active.
• Online booking: Bookings with any employee occasionally led to an unexpected responsible employee in the cash register statistics.
• A4 invoices: Multi-line cash register service names were cut off in the A4 invoice.
• Calendar: Opening time changes in the last calendar year have been fixed.
• Calendar: Appointments no longer disappear visually from the calendar when moved before the calendar start time.
• Calendar: Hiding and showing groups in week and day view no longer results in duplicate display of working times.
