Own sender email address: Easier activation

Setting up your own sender email address is now much easier – without having to go through support. Note: This function is intended for technically experienced users, as DNS settings need to be configured at your domain provider.

The function itself has existed for years: If you want belbo emails to be sent from your own domain, you can enter your own sender address. However, activation has been cumbersome up to now and often only possible with support assistance.

What's new is that the entire process can now be performed independently:

• The two required DNS entries are displayed clearly
• Values can be copied to the clipboard with a single click
• A "Check Now" button automatically verifies DNS validity – without submitting a support request

Once the DNS entries are correctly set, your own sender address is immediately active.
