Individual Gift Voucher Layouts

Previously at Belbo, you could store a general voucher layout and use many functions to place information about the voucher on a print template. Individual vouchers could only be provided with a placeholder. What's new is that you can now link vouchers directly to a complete voucher layout and place all placeholders. To do this, you can create new templates in the voucher layouts and link the voucher layout to be used in the voucher itself.

You sell promotional vouchers with a limited expiration date? In the current update, voucher templates can be stored with a specific duration that can potentially be less than 3 years. New in this area is also that you can print the voucher expiration date on your voucher template & position it freely.

Capacity utilization statistics improved

In the utilization statistics, parallel appointments for an employee were counted twice. This issue has now been fixed. For example, if an employee works from 10 to 2 p.m. and has two parallel appointments or appointment steps from 10 to 12 p.m., the utilization was already 100%. Now this utilization is reported as 50%.

New Inventory Counting Methods

Within the inventory function, 3 new counting modes have been developed:

• Scanning: Use this method to scan products & then enter the inventory
• Counting a product group: Only certain products of a product group should be counted
• Counting products from a manufacturer: Only products from a manufacturer are displayed and can then be counted

Exception Times with Resource Planning

If some employees need more time than others for certain work steps, you can define exception times in Belbo. However, there were problems when the exception time extended or shortened a step that also blocked a resource or 2 employees in parallel. This issue has been fixed. In addition, customer-specific exception times have been optimized so that only one exception time can be stored here for work steps that run in parallel.

Ignore duplicate suggestions

In the customer database, possible duplicates are identified and suggested based on name, phone number, and email address. You can then choose to merge them if desired. However, in some cases a candidate is simply not a duplicate. What's new is that you can now decide whether a suggestion should appear again, so that the suggestion doesn't accidentally appear again at a later time.
