Import your company structure into Belbo.

The import of working hours, breaks, and events is now directly possible and allows a faster switch to Belbo.

The import of price lists and other files has been simplified. From now on, data can be prepared directly in Belbo and no longer needs to be prepared in an external tool.

For new customers and new cash register users, this change is relevant: It is now possible to import chart of accounts and expense templates via CSV or XLS.

The new features in appointment import now enable:
- Appointment status: Cancelled/Completed for better customer traceability
- Service: Link appointments directly to already created services: By name or item number
- External ID: Link appointments with multiple steps to one appointment

In the import center you can now see all import types at a glance. You can also see when they were executed to get a quicker overview of what was done in a certain period of time.

The Export Center allows comprehensive export of the following properties. With it, you can, for example, quickly and easily transfer a location to a new Belbo account without having to create everything manually again.

As part of price list imports, a new function has been developed that automatically recognizes known file formats and automates the assignment of table columns to Belbo attributes. Practical: If no product group is stored in a product import, any supplier or manufacturer from the file is automatically selected as the product group name.
This significantly simplifies the import of your files. The appointment import now also supports importing reminder properties (SMS + email) as well as multi-step appointments.

The import of data from Excel files has been improved so that data is no longer imported as a number but as actual data cells. In addition, problems have been fixed that caused data to shift when using empty cells. In the future, you can rely on Excel files when you want to import new data into Belbo.
