Automatic Customer Consolidation

If you use the booking without login and a customer reuses all data (first name, last name, email address and mobile number) identically from the last booking, no new customer file will be created. The new appointment will then be linked to the existing customer file. Through the function "Use the same data as in the last booking", the hit rate for correct merging is very high.

Tax advisors can see the new "Annual Financial Statement" button in their tax advisor login via the Tax Office function. Customer review frequency

For each customer review campaign, you can set the frequency at which automatic review requests should be sent: quarterly, every six months, and annually are options. The goal is to convince customers who visit regularly to leave a review from time to time.

Improved open position management

If your POS system has a payment method "Invoice" or "Transfer" active, you will receive an improved overview in the Cash -> Closures -> Payment Overview section showing when and whether the transfer was settled. You can store a date for each payment that represents the receipt of funds. This is especially important for the annual closing to determine how many payments are still outstanding.
