Improved open position management

If your POS system has a payment method "Invoice" or "Transfer" active, you will receive an improved overview in the Cash -> Closures -> Payment Overview section showing when and whether the transfer was settled. You can store a date for each payment that represents the receipt of funds. This is especially important for the annual closing to determine how many payments are still outstanding.

Update 2.2 of the "Belbo Light" app is now live and fixes minor bugs:

• In light mode, the tabs in the appointment details were not visible.
