Within the target working hours, the agreed vacation entitlement can be calculated. This can be stored in days per year as well as in a target number of hours. This is then calculated in the time recording area.
Mid-year changes to target times with modified vacation entitlement are then calculated pro rata. The system always uses full months and rounds corresponding figures to 0.5 days.
